Cookie Notice
Effective 1 October 2026. NectarScout, operated by The Hashtag Crew, stores only what it needs to work. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and our pages load no third-party trackers. Our fonts are hosted by us, so visiting the site sends nothing to Google or anyone else.
What we store in your browser
- lf_session (cookie). Keeps you signed in. Secure, HTTP-only, and expires after 7 days by default, or when you sign out.
- lf_scope (cookie). Remembers which team member's view an admin has opened. HTTP-only. Cleared when they switch back.
- lf-theme (stored in your browser, not sent to us). Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
Why there is no cookie banner
The law in the UK and the EU (PECR and the ePrivacy Directive) requires consent for cookies unless they are strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Everything above is strictly necessary to sign you in or keep a setting you chose, so no consent is needed. If we ever add a cookie that is not necessary, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
Emails and website previews
Some follow-up emails sent through the platform can record whether a link was clicked or an image was loaded. This is described in our Privacy Policy. Website previews made with the platform set no cookies.
