Sub-processors
Last updated 1 October 2026. These are the companies that help The Hashtag Crew run NectarScout and may process personal data our customers put into it. Each one is bound by a contract that protects the data. Under our Data Processing Agreement we give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new one.
Hosting and infrastructure
- Oracle Corporation (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). Hosts the platform, its database, files and backups, and delivers some of our own system emails. Location: United States.
- A2 Hosting, Inc. Hosts our own email addresses and sends our system emails (invitations, password resets and notices). Location: United States.
Artificial intelligence
- OpenRouter, Inc. Routes requests to the AI models the platform uses. Location: United States.
- The AI model providers that OpenRouter connects us to. Which one handles a request depends on the task. They are: Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Alibaba Cloud (Qwen), DeepSeek and Moonshot AI (Kimi). Locations: United States, and for some models, Singapore or China. We send only what the task needs, mostly business information and website content.
- Google LLC (Gemini API). Used directly as a back-up AI service for some tasks. Location: United States.
Search and analysis
- OpenPageRank (DomCop). Receives website addresses, to measure a website's search authority. No personal data is needed. Location: European Union.
Payments
- Spiresol, our affiliate, collects subscription payments for us. Location: see its invoices.
- Stripe, Inc. Processes card payments. Location: United States.
Services you connect
When you connect your own mailbox (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another email provider), phone system or AI account, data passes between the platform and that service on your instruction. That provider works for you under your own agreement with them, so it is not our sub-processor.
